The Production Guild in association with Talking Point will be delivering their final seminar in the Weapons on Set Initiative at BAFTA, 195 Piccadilly, London, W1J 9LN on Thursday 17th June 2010 (9.30am - 4.00pm).
This will be your last opportunity to benefit from the popular series of seminars that have been successfully held, up and down the country and in Scotland.
The day-long seminar has been designed to uplift Film and TV practitioners knowledge and understanding on current legislation, practice and compliance on the safe use of weapons during filming.
Bringing key practitioners from production, policing and leading industry armourers to participate in panels over the day, delegates will acquire current understanding of Weapons and Health and Safety legislation, best practice in Production operations and protocols when weapons are on set, and gain insights into the use of weapons across the Budget levels: from no budget to US Studio features.

The cost of the day which includes refreshments, a buffet lunch and a networking drinks event at the end of the day is £45. Payment is to be made on the day by either cheque or cash only and once a place has been booked, payment is non-refundable.
